Dominic is an Analyst in our Diversity and Inclusion Strategies practice. He conducts research, develops reports and presentations, and assists in focus groups and trainings.
Dominic had the privilege of growing up in a diverse community within the Bay Area. As a 2nd generation, mixed-race, Asian-American male, Exponential Talent’s focus in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is both personal and meaningful to him.
Before joining Exponential Talent, Dominic volunteered at the Center for Building a Culture of Empathy, where he helped teach reflective listening and cognitive empathy courses. He also worked as a research assistant for a PhD student at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
In addition to his work at ET, Dominic currently holds a part-time volunteer position at Rape Trauma Services, a crisis-hotline based in the Bay Area. As a Sexual Assault Counselor, he provides advocacy, counseling, and resource referrals to survivors of sexual assault.
In his free time, Dominic is a passionate dancer. He spent seven years participating in international hip-hop competitions and is now training with a local freestyle crew in the Bay Area.
Dominic graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley with a BA in Cognitive Science.
