Associate Consultant
Emily Landis is an Associate Consultant in our Diversity & Inclusion Strategies practice.
Emily’s tenure with Exponential Talent began with the formation of the company in 2013. For the next five years, she balanced a part-time internship at the company while also pursuing her studies at UC Davis. Upon graduating with a BS in Psychology with a quantitative emphasis, she joined the firm as a full-time analyst. Today, she applies her psychology- and D&I-related subject matter expertise and quantitative statistics skills across a variety of client needs.
Ms. Landis brings a multifaceted skill set to the table and is a key member of the Exponential Talent Consulting Team. Internally, she works to create intellectual property (IP) -- cataloging and compiling research into high-impact teaching materials -- as well to develop processes that optimize, organize, and maintain the company’s master collection of IP and resources. She works with clients to design, facilitate, and support fact-finding focus groups and then she performs a qualitative analysis of the data to identify key themes and coalesces the findings into visually effective reports that inform the client about the development of their diversity and inclusion strategies. Externally, she also assists with the business’s social media and develops case studies about client projects for the website.
Outside of the workplace, Emily’s passions include advocating for the destigmatization of the LGBTQ+ community and of mental health issues. She also has a keen interest in the mission of Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs that advocate for the rights and well-being of abused and neglected children.
