Exponential Talent founder and CEO Molly Anderson chaired a working group at the New York Times New Rules Summit: Women, Leadership and the Playbook for Change. This inaugural conference on gender and the workplace included leaders from industry and award-winning Times journalists to offer insights, perspectives and specific actions to create equitable and inclusive workplace cultures. A special edition of the New York Times highlighted the conference learnings and includes a comment from Ms. Anderson as well as from leaders from the Stanford University VMware Women's Leadership Innovation Lab, Lori Mackenzie and Marianne Cooper.
