Senior Management Consultant & Facilitator - DE&I Strategies

Grant Doster, MBA, is a servant leader with high energy and enthusiasm who brings multi-industry savvy and a blue-chip pedigree from Pepsi-Cola, Miller Brewing, and The Walt Disney Company. He has a background in executive level management in inclusive leadership, advisory/consulting, training, sales, marketing, and general management for over 25 years in the Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, Advertising, Entertainment and Human Capital Management industries. He has spent 20 years practicing Diversity and Inclusion as a line executive, organizational leader, coach, facilitator, and designer.
Mr. Doster most recently was the SVP- Global Practice lead for Diversity and Inclusion for the €26B, Zurich based Adecco Groups, LHH business unit, a Human Capital company charged with career transition, re-skilling, talent development, as well as outsourcing and consulting. During his tenure as Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) efforts for the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific Zones he was responsible for thought leadership, creation, sales, marketing, and delivery implementation of programs internally and externally to increase awareness, knowledge, and skill building. Along with the Global Executive Vice Presidents and the country leads, he helped drive new revenue and increase ability to innovate and make better business decisions through a diverse workforce that feels a sense of belonging. The practice was notably on track to triple topline revenue by creating new content/processes and building external strategic alliances, had successfully shepherded six-digit “Elevate Women in Leadership” deals with entry, executive, and board-level content and developed, sourced, and sold assessments, microlearning, and virtual learning vehicles.
Prior to LHH he held several leadership positions such as CEO of his own D&I consulting practice, DTaC LLC, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Business Development Leadership assignments with progressive solution sales, strategic marketing and P&L/Bal sheet responsibilities ranging from $100M to $4.5B.
He was also an adjunct professor at University of California-Riverside, University of Redlands, and guest lecturer at University of Southern California, ST. Mary’s College and Universidad de Chile. He and his wife reside in the Greater Los Angeles area.
