Julia Pandolfo (she/her) is an Analyst in our Diversity and Inclusion Strategies practice. She conducts research, develops reports and presentations, and provides strategic project management support.
Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Julia is a graduate of Stanford University where she studied Sociocultural Anthropology to earn her BA. Her academic and professional background merge in researching and leading initiatives in sociological and healthcare-focused labs. Her community research has ranged from normative mental health care in Asian-American populations to the intersection of health and societal experiences of women in HIV+ communities in Canada. In all her work, she is committed to the advocacy of healing and work that prioritizes the holistic health of community members through the centering of race, gender and sexuality as determinants of health.
From her years as an Oral Communications Consultant and Crisis Care Hotline Counselor, Julia’s track record balances effective verbal communication and active, empathic listening that she utilizes in all areas of her life to help and empower those around her.
Julia is a gatherer of art, stories and connections that illuminate and develop her creativity and ability to bring people and ideas together. When she is not collecting and creating music, you can find her writing, dancing and cloud watching.
