Julianne Weinzimmer is a Consultant at Exponential Talent LLC. She brings over a decade of experience conducting social science research and creating curricula on diversity and inequalities as an Associate Professor of Sociology. Her areas of specialization include race and ethnicity, gender and sexuality.
Julianne has published both qualitative and quantitative research across multiple academic presses on gender and racial inclusion, including her work on racial dialogues program development, implementation and evaluation. She has extensive background in building diversity and inclusion-centered programs, events, courses and training models.
After obtaining bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Sociology at UC Davis, Julianne recruited top talent from M.B.A. programs for a high tech consulting group in Mountain View. She went on to obtain her doctorate in sociology at Duke University. Julianne is dedicated to utilizing social science research to identify obstacles to workforce inclusivity and develop data-driven solutions.
