Kristen is an established senior level professional with over 25 years of work experience leading organizations with strategies to increase organizational effectiveness and engagement, provide cultural intelligence leadership across multiple industries, and nonprofits. Her specialized expertise is in engagement and inclusion solutions, and strategic, organizational and program management design and integration.
Kristen began her career at Procter & Gamble delivering one of P&G’s first transformational projects and using early AI technologies to streamline their decision making processes. Kristen continued her focus on organizational design and change at Deloitte, primarily in the healthcare and consumer product industries, while developing office and firm-wide inclusion initiatives. Kristen was a senior level executive at E.piphany, a high-growth CRM startup, leading numerous strategic engagement efforts across many Fortune 500 companies and various industries. Her most recent focus has been working with several non-profits on organizational, culture change, inclusion and community engagement initiatives.
Kristen previously served on the Board of Directors for La Cocina, a business incubator for low-income and immigrant, primarily women, entrepreneurs who are launching or formalizing food businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. Kristen also served on other women-focused boards and service organizations in San Francisco and Singapore.
Kristen received a Bachelor of Science in Business - Decision Sciences from Indiana University and was a scholarship recipient from IU’s renowned Jacobs School of Music. She is a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) Advanced Facilitator. She is fluent in English and Italian. Kristen currently resides in Singapore.
