Megan Tobias Neely is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab. She specializes in applying social science research methodologies to develop, implement, and evaluate diversity and inclusion initiatives in work organizations. In her scholarship, Megan examines social inequality in the workplace and the labor force. Her current research projects investigate how gender, race, and social class influence access to earnings and capital in some of the wealthiest industries in the United States.
Megan has a forthcoming book entitled Divested: Inequality in the Age of Finance. It will be released in December 2019.
