European Strategic Partner - Founder, Moonshot Diversity & Inclusion
Sophie van Gool is the Founder of Moonshot Diversity and Inclusion and is Exponential Talent’s European Strategy Partner. She brings together her deep expertise in business analytics and her extensive experience in change management consulting to help companies understand their diversity demographics and create strategies to foster greater diversity and inclusion.
While at business school, she founded and launched a consultancy to advise organizations on DEI analytics and strategy. Together with a group of other management consultants, she led engagements with Volkswagen and a leading law firm to achieve more diversity and inclusiveness in their organizations. The projects included a current state assessment, development of DEI analytics and strategic recommendations.
In addition, Sophie has five years of experience as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where she specialized in advanced analytics, strategy and consumer insight. She was also a leader in the Women@BCG program, advising her leadership on how to attract and promote more female talent.
Sophie holds a BA from University College Utrecht, an MSc in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and an MBA from ESADE Business School & Berkeley-Haas. She is fluent in Dutch, English and Spanish.
