Tiffany Galvin Green, Ph.D. has more than 25 years of progressive experience in higher education and industry, with a specialization in leadership, diversity, equity, inclusion, justice and belonging (DEIJB), organizational behavior and strategic management. As a senior level DEIJB leader and administrator at universities, she has been tasked with evaluating and augmenting existing programs; consulting with various units and business partners to design and implement new diversity, equity, inclusion, justice and belonging initiatives; aiding efforts to attract, hire, and retain diverse talent, and implementing strategies to create and expand inclusive culture/climates. She also curates and facilitates 1:1 coaching as well as workshops and curriculum designed for building awareness and facilitating skills needed to implement inclusive best practices as leaders, managers, and employees.
Dr. Green has industry experience having been the CEO and executive director for a $12M nonprofit community service organization where she oversaw 13 locations and 250+ employees across three counties. She has also held administrative and faculty positions at John Carroll University, Vanderbilt University, the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Capella University (Minnesota), Flagler College (Florida), the University of Utah, University of Texas at Dallas, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Dr. Green earned her Ph.D. in organizational behavior and M.S. in management/organizational behavior from Northwestern, following her undergraduate work at the University of Michigan.
